RemembranceI can remember what my own warmth felt like. I can remember what it felt like to smile when the suns energy filled me with a desire to do something creative. Most of all, I remember the beating of my heart after a cool morning jog. What have I allowed myself to become? I stand from the window of my decrepit house and allow myself to be engulfed by the full moons glow. Now would be a perfect time for a sigh but I’ve no desire to draw in the unnecessary breath to do so.
